I ordered three of these fans to replace my old, ugly ones. They are spectacular-looking and substantial enough to not fade into oblivion with ten-foot ceilings. Much better than I was expecting. One of the boxes needed a horizontal pin to hang the fan.I called Amazon. I just wanted a damn pin. What I got instead was a nightmare. The associate told me to return it. I explained that I was not driving 70-plus miles to a FedX or UPS store (I live in BFE). Remember, Amazon sells millions, if not billions, of products. I told her to go to the search bar and find a two-inch horizontal pin for a hanging ceiling fan to send me.Then she told me some lame crap about my account having an issue because I have returned to many things in the past few months. Uhh, no, I haven't. It has been over a year and a half since I had a problem when Amazon sent me the wrong curtains. The problem is that I order too much. I should return stuff to have money in the bank because "I need this thing on Amazon" is going to make me go broke lolAnyhow, back to the product. I read reviews before ordering. Some complained that the volume could have been better - perhaps they spent too much time in the 70s and 80s enjoying blasting concerts and have lost their hearing. I used cotton balls to protect my eardrums. The sound may not be a Bose sound system, but it is plenty LOUD.Now, I need to figure out if I can sync all three fans (as soon as I get to the hardware store by a damn pin).
